A certified Range Safety Officer (RSO) conducts every shooting match. The match RSO will issue all commands to load, fire and cease fire. All range safety rules are enforced in addition to the following:

  1. All firearms must be holstered, cased, or flagged at all times.
  2. No firearms may be handled until you are on the shooting line and are instructed to “load and make ready” by the RSO. At any time if you need to modify your set up or handle your firearm talk with the RSO.
  3. Keep your muzzle pointed down range at all times.
  4. Keep your finger off the trigger except when engaging a target.

Failure to comply with any range rules are grounds for disqualification.
