Dan Wesson’s Tactical Compact Pistol or TCP delivers match grade accuracy in a lightweight, concealable package.

It comes equipped with a flush-cut bull-barrel to make disassembly easy, and features a 30 degree crown.

The advantage of the bull-barrel design is increased forward weight, which in turn slows down the unlocking and absorbs recoil for comfortable, more accurate shooting.

To ensure a lifetime of reliable service, the TCP is given a flat wire recoil spring rated for 15,000 round, which is 3 times the round count of a typical 1911’s dual recoil spring setup.

Other features of the TCP include a brass bead front sight, and a U-notch rear sight. The front sight is made using an old world method that incorporates Naval Brass, giving the front sight better visibility.

The U-notch rear sight allows for a better float of the front sight’s dot, making front and rear sight alignment easier on the user’s eye. The sights on the TCP are made even better thanks to a serrated flattop rib, which minimizes glare between the front and rear sight.

Alternatively, a micro red dot sight can be installed for faster target acquisition. To provide optimal control over the weapon, the TCP features 25 LPI on the front and back straps and generously textured G10 grips.

In addition, the TCP is equipped with a flat K-style trigger, as well as a square, Commander-style tactical hammer.
