Constructed from 17-4 stainless steel and Haynes 282 superalloy using advanced additive manufacturing, the PRO-KOR™ 556K represents a modern approach to hard-use suppressor design. The 3D-printed construction allows for a monolithic, tubeless structure with complex internal geometries that cannot be achieved through traditional machining methods. These optimized internal pathways improve gas flow efficiency, enhance sound suppression, and increase overall structural durability under sustained fire.

The high-strength 17-4 stainless steel & Haynes 282 superalloy body is engineered to withstand extreme heat, pressure, and cyclic stress associated with short-barreled and high-round-count use. This material choice delivers excellent resistance to erosion, thermal fatigue, and deformation, ensuring long-term performance even during aggressive firing schedules.

Internally, the PRO-KOR™ 5.56K is designed to provide strong flash suppression performance while maintaining reduced back pressure. Controlled gas flow management minimizes blowback to the shooter, improves system reliability on gas-operated rifles, and reduces felt recoil during rapid or sustained fire. No compromise performance and high flow efficiency combined with best-in-class sound suppression for any 5.56mm platform.

The JK PRO-KOR™ 5.56K features industry-standard HUB 1.375-24 threading for compatibility with a wide range of mounting solutions. It ships with the War Eagle muzzle device, providing a robust and repeatable mounting interface right out of the box. A user-serviceable end cap allows for maintenance and future configuration changes as system requirements evolve.

Mounting components are manufactured from Ti-6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium, offering an ideal balance of strength, weight efficiency, and corrosion resistance. Finished in Armor Black or FDE C-192 Cerakote, the PRO-KOR™ 5.56K gains an additional protective barrier against heat, abrasion, and environmental exposure while maintaining a low visual signature.
