Johannes is City Arsenal’s NFA Manager specializing in silencers and SBRs (short-barreled rifles). He is a certified NRA pistol instructor as well as a SLED certified Concealed Weapons Permit Program instructor. Johannes has been teaching Concealed Weapons Permit classes since 2013 and conducts one on one training at City Arsenal. He is passionate about helping people at all levels of expertise learn how to improve their shooting skills.
Mark holds pretty much every firearm certification available, and since 1998, has conducted a wide variety of training courses nationwide. He’s taught students from every branch of the U.S. military, including Home Land Security, FBI, DEA, and members of The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Security Force. Mark is actively involved in the advocacy and shaping of South Carolina’s gun laws by testifying at hearings, writing opinions and assisting in law seminars as a guest speaker. He also conducts seminars to educate State Judges and frequently acts as an expert witness on gun related cases in South Carolina.
Travis has been involved in the firearms industry for over 22 years and is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, as well as a South Carolina certified Concealed Weapon Permit (CWP) Instructor. A former Greenville County Deputy, he has been hunting and shooting all his life. Travis is currently a full-time firefighter with the Wade Hampton Fire Department. He works frequently with novice shooters in one on one training.
Skip is a graduate of Furman University and has been involved in the firearm industry for over 20 years. He received his initial firearms training at the original NRA headquarters in Washington D.C. and it was there that he also earned his Pro-Marksman Rifle designation.
He is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor as well as an NRA Certified Instructor of Protection Inside & Outside the Home, Defensive Pistol, and Refuse to be a Victim Program. He is also a South Carolina certified Concealed Weapon Permit (CWP) Instructor. Skip conducts private one on one lessons at City Arsenal throughout the week.
Mike is a 20-year Marine Corps veteran who retired in 1992 as a Chief Warrant Officer. Since then Mike has become a competitive shooter in IDPA and the USPSA. Mike has also attended numerous military and civilian training academies. He is an NRA certified firearms instructor with 18 years of experience teaching pistol, rifle, and shotgun courses for both competition and personal defense.
