The BREACHER is considered a micro, ultralight shotgun suppressor and is part of our special use line. Half the size and weight of the competition, our special use suppressors perform best when run wet.
There’s quiet on a dB meter, and then there’s quiet to the ear. With JK Armament’s Tone Technology, you get both! Tone Technology and a high-flow design refine the 195 SBSX BREACHER’s sound signature for a solid, deep tone that’s more pleasing to the ear.
Designed with military and law enforcement use in mind, the JK 195 SBSX BREACHER 12GA is a high-flow variant of our 195 SGX 12GA and 195 VERSAX 12GA shotgun silencers. It features ported baffle assemblies for improved gas management plus a high flow, flash hider choke cap designed for MIL/LEO breaching use. Like the SGX and VERSAX, the choke cap can be swapped in seconds for any of our shot pattern constriction choke caps
Fully Mission Configurable, the 195 SBSX BREACHER is 3.375 inches long and weighs just 4.9 ounces in its shortest configuration. In its full configuration with all five high-flow baffle assemblies, it’s 10 inches long and weighs only 17.7ounces. By simply adding or removing baffles – no specialized tools are needed! – the operator is able to choose the length, weight, and sound suppression that’s right for the firearm and the mission.
Tone Technology and a 1.95-inch diameter result in a clean, deep tone. The JK 195 SBSX BREACHER was also designed with the option to be run “wet,” and ships pre-packed with the recommended amount of petroleum jelly inside its baffles. Take note of how much we’ve added so you can re-apply later if you want to squeeze every bit of suppression performance out of the 195 SBSX BREACHER.
A 12 Gauge, high flow shotgun suppressor geared toward military and law enforcement use, the JK 195 SBSX BREACHER is rated for birdshot (both steel and lead), buckshot, and slugs from short barrels, even on fully-automatic shotguns. We recommend using shotshells with a cup style wad. We don’t yet recommend using high-density shot such as Hevi-Shot, Federal TSS, or similar tungsten or bismuth loads until we complete our long-term evaluation.
